1. Bookings and Cancellations
1.1 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to your scheduled transfer are eligible for a full refund.Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled transfer will incur a 50% cancellation fee.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the transfer are non-refundable.

To cancel or modify your booking, please contact our team via the contact information provided on our website.

1.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

Bedarra Island Water Taxi reserves the right to cancel any scheduled transfer if weather conditions are deemed un safe for passengers in the event of a weather-related cancellation, passengers will be given the option to reschedule their transfer or receive a full refund.

2. Passenger Safety and Secure Storage
2.1 Secure Storage

All personal belongings brought on board will be securely stored during the transfer. We take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your possessions while on board. However, Bedarra Island Water Taxi is not liable for any lost or damaged items unless caused by the company's negligence.

3. Parking Regulations
3.1 Parking Fees Are $10 per Day.
3.2 Holding of Vehicles

As per Queensland legislation, vehicles may be held until all parking fees have been paid in full. Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in additional charges or legal action under applicable parking laws.

4. Liability and Governing Law
4.1 Limitation of Liability

While Bedarra Island Water Taxi strives to provide safe and reliable services, the company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services unless caused by negligence.

4.2 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
